Missing Lake Conway Man Found Dead this Morning

A Lake Conway man who went missing earlier this week was found dead this morning, January 26. Police had begun searching for Jeffrey Vybihal on Thursday afternoon after the 37-year-old left his house on foot without his wallet, ID, or cellphone.

Vernon Police Lieutenant Keith Kimkowski told the New Jersey Herald that Vybihal's body was recovered in Lake Conway shortly after 9 a.m. this morning and that additional details surrounding his death would not be released to respect the privacy of his family. 

Vybihal is survived by his wife and two children.

Vernon Police Searching for Missing Lake Conway Man

He left his home on foot yesterday and didn't return. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Vernon Police Department at 973-764-6155.
