- Country Club Chicken – herb-roasted half chicken, stone fruit glaze, Madeira pan sauce, served with Brussels sprouts and mashed russets
- Lobster Ravioli - large ravioli pasta filled with ricotta cheese and Maine lobster, tossed in a creamy tomato vodka sauce and sprinkled with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese
