We take pride in creatively reinventing traditional dishes with ingredients sourced from local purveyors. In every dish we serve, Southern hospitality is the secret ingredient.

  • First course (choice of one)
    • Shrimp Toast - crusty sourdough, Gulf shrimp salad, trout roe
    • Pimento Cheese Arancini - Carolina Gold rice, tomato jam
    • Summer Salad - local lettuces, asparagus, chevre, smoked almonds, strawberry vinaigrette
  • Second course (choice of one)
    • Flat Iron Steak - sweet potato puree, grilled asparagus, peppercorn demi
    • Squid Ink Tagliatelle - jumbo lump crab, lemon, butter, mint, dill, chive, Parmesan
    • Cauliflower Risotto - summer squash, chanterelles, rainbow chard, Parmesan
  • Third course (choice of one)
    • Strawberry Shortcake - whipped cream, strawberry jam
    • Campfire Brownie - fudgy brownie, toasted marshmallow, smoky ganache
    • Mom’s Cheesecake - Joan Dressler’s classic NY-style cheesecake
