BAKU offers exotic Japanese cuisine, including robata-grilled seafood and meats, sushi, tempura, and kamameshi. The open kitchen’s robata grills utilize a blend of organic Binchotan charcoals imported from a small region in Japan, which is key to the food’s succulent flavor. The combination of organic charcoal and incredibly high heat preserves the original natural flavors of the ingredients. Sushi and sashimi are of the highest quality and served in exquisite plate presentations. The restaurant has an extensive array of premium sakes, in addition to cocktails and a wine list hand selected to pair perfectly with the cuisine. Tuna Butsu - tuna cubes, diced avocado, served with taro chips

Tatsuage Fried Chicken - marinated in soy, lightly fried & crispy, sweet chili aioli

Hamachi Rice Crispy - flash-fried sushi rice topped with spicy Hamachi and Serrano pepper slices

Tiger Shrimp Yakitori - robatayaki tiger prawns

Brussels Sprouts - flash-fried Brussels drizzled with sweet soy and sesame seeds

Third course (choice of one)

NY Strip - yakiniku sauce, fresh wasabi, Nishiki white rice

Korean Spicy Tuna Roll - tuna and avocado, Korean spicy sauce, topped with crispy red onions, spicy aioli, masago

Robata Teriyaki Salmon - sashimi-grade salmon, grilled robata-style, with house-made teriyaki glaze, Nishiki white rice

Jidori Chicken Breast - organic chicken with teriyaki glaze, Nishiki white rice
