The staff of Bonterra invites you to a sophisticated dining experience of Contemporary American cuisine with fresh exquisite entrees, delectable desserts and a diverse wine selection featuring over 200 wines by the glass and another 300 from the private cellar.

Cheese & Charcuterie Board - Goat Lady Dairy triple cream, Ashe County Cheddar, Benton’s country ham, Tartufo salumi, Lusty Monk mustard, crostini (gluten-free crackers available upon request)

Lamb Meatball Skewers - smoked chickpea yogurt, harissa sauce

Magnolia Salad - Bibb lettuce, “everything” toasted pumpkin seeds, shaved candy striped beets, chevre, roasted shallot & mustard vinaigrette

Tomato Bisque - pimento cheese crouton, chive oil

Second course (choice of one)

Cheshire Pork Tenderloin - BBQ pork croquette, haricots verts, sweet potato nage

Scottish Salmon - Austrian winter peas, mushroom ragout, gremolata, lump crab & arugula salad

NC Bison Short Rib - braised fingerling potatoes, crispy Brussels Sprouts, Cabernet fondue

6 oz. Filet Mignon - buttermilk whipped Yukon Gold Potatoes, embered asparagus, Bourbon barrel aged Worcestershire demi-glace (substitute a 10 oz. Filet Mignon or a 12 oz. CAB Ribeye for an additional $24)

Fettuccine - butternut squash, sautéed winter kale & cauliflower, whipped ricotta cheese

Add a 6 oz. Fried Lobster Tail to any entrée, $26
