  • Welcome to Brazz, where we specialize in grilled meats. We cook most of our meats on a rotisserie oven using infrared heat, creating a seal around the meat to lock in its natural juices. Our meats have the flavor, tenderness, marbling, and juiciness meat eaters love! We are located on The Green in Uptown Charlotte. As a family-owned restaurant, we want our guests to feel comfortable in a more relaxed environment, but we still deliver the service and quality of food you expect at any high-end steakhouse. We pride ourselves on supporting other family-owned businesses, featuring local craft beers on draft at our bar, local bakeries for our desserts, and sourcing local produce and meats whenever possible.

  • Starter (choice of one)
    • Bean Soup (Caldinho Feijao) - black beans cooked with smoked sausage, pork hocks, served with green olives, boiled quail egg, and pork crackling
    • Coxinha - Brazilian chicken croquettes
    • Pastel de Queijo - fried pastry stuffed with cheese
    • Tropical Salad - chopped Romaine hearts, red onions, red peppers, Mandarins, pineapple, toasted coconut flakes, served with a raspberry vinaigrette
  • Main (choice of one)
    • Filet Wrapped with Bacon - two 3 oz. petite filet medallions wrapped with applewood-smoked bacon, topped with chimichurri butter, and served with parsnip puree and a medley of roasted vegetables
    • Top Sirloin (Picanha) – 6 oz. top sirloin seasoned with rock salt, cooked on our rotisserie to your liking, served with sauteed green beans with bacon and potato salad
    • Shrimp Bobo (Bobó de Camarão) - shrimp cooked in a yucca cream puree with coconut milk and red palm oil, topped with potato sticks and served with rice and cashew nuts
    • Portuguese Cod (Bacalhau) - served with roasted potato, grilled onions, tomatoes, peppers, and boiled egg
  • Dessert (choice of one)
    • Chocolate Cake - two layers of chocolate cake filled with sweet chocolate condensed milk and topped with chocolate ganache
    • Acai Cup - sweet acai topped with caramelized bananas and granola
    • Passionfruit Tart - passionfruit mousse served in a tart shell topped with fresh berries
