  • Brazz Carvery & Steakhouse is a Brazilian Churrasco offering a variety of grilled meats. Our meats have the flavor, tenderness, marbling, and juiciness meat eaters love! We are located on The Green in Uptown Charlotte. As a family-owned restaurant, we want our guests to feel comfortable in a more relaxed environment, but we still deliver the service and quality of food they would expect at any high-end steakhouse. We pride ourselves in supporting other family-owned businesses, featuring local craft beers on draft at our bar, local bakeries for our desserts, and sourcing local produce and meats whenever possible.

    • Top Sirloin (Picanha) 6 oz. - our house special and the favorite of Brazilians
    • Filet 3 oz. - this succulent piece of meat is seasoned to accent the taste
    • Garlic Steak 3 oz. - marinated in garlic and mustard
    • Sausage 3 oz. - these robust Brazilian sausages are seasoned and slow-roasted to mouthwatering perfection
    • Pork Loin 4 oz. - sizzling with flavor, encrusted with Parmesan and garlic
    • Lamb 3 oz. - fresh young leg of lamb, marinated in yogurt and mint
    • Chicken Wrapped with Applewood Smoked Bacon - 4 pieces
    • Scallops Wrapped with Applewood Smoked Bacon - 3 pieces
    • Large Wild-Caught Shrimp - 3 pieces, seasoned with lemon, pepper and butter
  • Sides (choice of TWO)
    • Black Beans – the national dish of Brazil, slow cooked with smoked sausage, pork, garlic, and mild spice
    • Rice - basmati rice
    • Grilled Vegetables - zucchini, squash, carrots and Brussels sprouts
    • Roasted Potato - quartered Yukon potatoes roasted with butter, salt and pepper
    • Fried Plantains - sweet plantains
    • Potato Salad - traditional Brazilian Potato salad with mustard and parsley
    • Chicken Salad - shredded chicken breast with peppers, carrots and mayonnaise
  • Dessert (choice of one)
    • Chocolate Cake – two-layer chocolate cake, with a chocolate ganache filling topped with a chocolate frosting
    • Turtle Cheesecake - New York cheesecake with an Oreo cookie crust, topped with pecans caramel and chocolate sauce
    • Carrot Cake - layers of traditional New York cheesecake in a Graham cracker crumb crust, yellow shortcake, strawberry jam, and strawberry mousse, finished with a light strawberry glaze
