Fish Market Bar and Grill is York County's premier destination for fresh and expertly prepared fish and quality seafood, along with steaks, pasta, and more. Conveniently located off I-77 in Fort Mill's Baxter Village, Fish Market is just a short drive for residents of Charlotte, NC, and Rock Hill, SC.

Starter (choice of one)

Fried Oysters - creamed spinach, bacon, microgreens, and Old Bay dust

Salmon Cake - Sambal aioli, ginger-kale slaw, and lemon zest

Shishito Peppers - soy glaze, sesame seeds, and togorashi spice

Caprese-Stuffed Avocado - cherry tomato, mozzarella balls, basil, sunflower seeds, and balsamic syrup

Pork Belly – chilled farro salad, cucumber, mint, Greek yogurt

Entrée (choice of one)

Petit Filet - potato purée, oyster mushrooms, asparagus, and veal demi glace

Scallops - fingerling potatoes, carrots, fresh peas, and cilantro chimichurri

Shrimp & Grits - andouille sausage, tasso, and vegetables in a Cajun cream sauce over stone ground Parmesan grits

Cornmeal-Dusted NC Catfish  - sticky rice, poblano-corn salsa, and malt vinaigrette

Squid Ink Linguini - fresh fish and shellfish, sofrito, chiles, and mint

Chicken Pasta - country ham, spinach, and mushrooms with cavatappi pasta in a Parmesan cream sauce

Peppardelle Pasta - oyster mushrooms, carrot and zucchini ribbons tossed with fresh herbs and lemon garlic butter

Dessert (choice of one)

Peanut Butter Mousse  - chocolate cookie crumbles and chocolate sauce

Margarita Key Lime Pie - salty pretzel crust and tequila lime sauce

Fruit Tart - pastry cream, fresh berries, and apricot glaze

Chocolate Layer Cake - coconut cream and dark ganache
