Ahi Poke - Hawaiian marinated diced sashimi tuna with crispy shrimp chips

Tuna Tataki - Japanese seven spice-crusted tuna, flash seared and thinly sliced, served with soy sesame dipping sauce

Oysters on the Half Shell - six (6) oysters served with cocktail sauce and mignonette

Charcuterie - Chef’s choice of local meats and cheeses

Pork Belly - with cucumber mint salsa, farro, and braising jus

Lobster Mac & Cheese - delightful corkscrew pasta in a creamy cheese sauce with tender bites of lobster

Salt and Pepper Calamari - crispy tubes and tentacles with lemon and tangy peppadew peppers

PEI Mussels - with roasted tomatoes, garlic, white wine, and crunchy bread

Clams - local ham, parsley butter, linguini, crunchy bread

Jumbo Lump Crab Cake - celery root puree and Southern caviar

Baked Oysters - creamed spinach, bacon, Parmesan, Hollandaise, and panko

Shrimp Fondue - spicy shrimp in a creamy Pepper Jack cheese dip served with crisp tortilla chips

Carolina Trout - butternut squash, lump crab, Swiss chard, leek butter
