Kabuto Lake Norman is an upscale restaurant offering 3 cuisines -- fine Japanese hibachi, sushi, and fusion -- serving fresh sushi, seafood and steak, and a variety of Asian fusion dishes. During Queen’s Feast, we invite you to enjoy our five-course dinner served with a beverage. Our fresh ingredients, highly skilled and entertaining chefs, and great selection of Asian menu items have made us the most popular Japanese steakhouse in the Lake Norman area. Our full bar carries a variety of alcoholic drinks to bring your dining experience to the next level. Entertaining since 2001, we are located in Huntersville on Exit 25 off I-77 and open 7 days a week for dinner. We accept ALL major credit cards.

Hibachi dinners will be served with Flaming Shrimp appetizers, Chef’s special fried rice, lightly seasoned hibachi vegetables, and garlic noodles.

Hibachi Surf and Turf - Angus steak and shrimp

Thai-Style Imperial Dinner - combination of Angus steak and white meat chicken finished with sweet and spicy Thai sauce

Fresh Teriyaki Salmon - 8 oz., finished with sweet teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds

Teriyaki Pork Ribs — 8 oz. boneless pork ribs finished with sweet teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds

Fresh Hibachi Mahi Mahi — 8 oz., with soy sauce and sesame seeds

Jumbo Shrimp - finished with lemon juice

Korean Bulgogi Angus NY Strip — 8 oz. sliced NY Strip with grilled with onions, finished with Korean sweet and fruity bulgogi sauce
