Malabar brings the passion and excitement for authentic Spanish cuisine to new heights. A variety of fresh, made-to-order paellas await you. The white marble bar features a leg of Iberico ham held by a fire engine-red vintage hand-cranked slicer for exceptionally thin charcuterie offerings that will delight foodies and keep them returning for more. Signature sangrias and a wide selection of tapas and entrées keep this Hearst Plaza gem bustling.

First course (choice of one)

Shrimp Ceviche - tortilla shell and patacones (fried green plantain)

Chorizo Rioja – fresh made-in-house authentic chorizo sausage sautéed and served in a red wine sauce

Mussels Picante - Sautéed PEI mussels in a spicy tomato broth with chorizo and herbs

Codfish Tempura - yucca chips and Spanish remoulade with fresh lemon

Malabar Hummus - puree of chickpea and spices, a classic Mediterranean Dip, served with house-made flat bread

Second course (choice of one)

Espresso-Glazed BBQ Ribs – marinated, glazed, and slow cooked baby back ribs, served with fried yucca, fresh slaw and roast corn

Roast Cornish Game Hen – Spanish-style served with platano maduro and haricots verts

Pescado del Dia – Chef’s Choice, preparation changes daily

Rabo Di Toro - braised oxtail in Spanish red wine with Manchego cheese polenta

 Veal Breast and Swiss Chard Ravioli -  roasted tomato cream sauce and demi

Dessert (choice of one)

Churros – fried-dough pastry fritter served with warm chocolate

Tres Leches – traditional cake soaked in 3 types of milk

Coconut Flan – creamy egg custard
