    • Yellowfin Ahi Tuna Tempura - tempura fried, sticky rice, pickled cucumber, miso vinaigrette
    • Ora King Salmon - sugar & spiced rubbed, ancient grains, yuzu avocado mousse, balsamic brown butter
    • Pan-Seared North Carolina Trout - roasted mushrooms, pancetta lardons, baby kale, horseradish, almond brown butter
    • SRF Farms Wagyu Steak Frits - 8 oz., shallot confit, sauce au poivre, truffle fries
    • Buttermilk Fried Chicken - white Cheddar potatoes, marinated kohlrabi, black truffle gravy

    • Upside-Down Apple Pie - candied walnut crust, carmel drizzle
    • New York-Style Cheesecake - lemon curd, blueberry compote
