Tomato & Zucchini Pizza ($5 supplement) - torn mozzarella, Roma tomato, basil pesto

Hushpuppies ($5 supplement) - rock shrimp, crayfish, creamed leeks, Creole sauce, crispy leeks

Petite Filet of Beef Tenderloin - buttermilk whipped potatoes, spicy grilled broccoli, roasted sweet peppers

Cast Iron-Roasted Diver Sea Scallops - celery root puree, brown butter roasted cauliflower, golden raisin & crushed hazelnuts

Carolina Crab Cake Stack - fried green tomatoes, sweet corn & bacon aioli, arugula & pickled red onion salad

Springer Mountain Fried Chicken - Tennessee hot sauce, brown sugar mayo, pimento mac ‘n cheese, pickle slaw

Heirloom Tomato Bucatini Pasta (V) - various heirloom tomatoes, shaved garlic, lemon, basil, buffalo mozzarella (add Grilled Carolina Shrimp for $5)

Snake River Farms Wagyu Flank Steak ($8 supplement) - sweet corn, smokey bacon & Maine lobster hash

Pan-Roasted Alaskan Halibut ($8 supplement) - summer zucchini, roasted lemon, mint & pistachio pesto

Eat Like A King ($9 supplement) - 9 oz. pimento cheese-encrusted filet of beef tenderloin

Blackberry Upside Down Cake – balsamic braised blackberries & orange-scented whipped ricotta
