Welcome to New South Kitchen & Bar, where contemporary Southern cuisine meets traditional Southern hospitality. Our food offerings are based on simple cooking techniques applied to the freshest ingredients. We feature fresh meats and seafood, locally grown vegetables, hand crafted cheeses, salads and pastas. Our breads and desserts are made in house daily. Dakotas' favorites Fried Green Tomatoes, Shrimp & Grits and Crab Cakes have returned, as well as a few other Southern staples. The wine list is sure to please any guest, including the connoisseur, with an eclectic mix of wines from all over the world. California, Spain and France are well represented, as well as local wines from North Carolina and Virginia.
