Harumaki Roll - choice of crab or vegetables

Glass Noodles - with carrots, mushrooms, herbs, and honey mustard miso dip

Second course (choice of one)

Tuna Tataki – seared sashimi on a bed of daikon chives and ponzu

Scallop Crudo – sea salt, yuzu pesto wasabi oil, fried herbs, and zest

Third course (choice of one)

Stir-Fried Ramen Noodles - with mixed mushrooms, arugula, and chicken or shrimp

Maki/Nigiri Combo:

  • Firecracker Roll – crab, avocado, salmon, ginger, asparagus, tobiko scallions, eel sauce, and spicy aioli
