Crudo or Tataki – lime zest, lemon juice, EVOO, microgreens, holy basil pesto

Yellowtail Carpaccio – cilantro, serrano pepper, mango, ponzu

Dumpling Dim Sum - pork gyoza, shrimp shumai, ginger soy and sweet chili sauce

Wagyu Croquettes - with sweet soy glaze, over greens

Poke Bowl – tuna, wasabi soy, mango, ika sansai, masago, wakame salad

South End Shrimp – chili paste, tomato confit, crushed peanuts
