Wagyu Wonton Soup – pork stock, wagyu dumplings, wakame, green onion

Tempura Ebi – fried shrimp, ponzu dip

Akami Salad - seared tuna sashimi, frisee, wonton crisps, sesame soy dressing

Second course (choice of one)

Salmon Tartare – yuzu tobiko, ponzu truffle, wasabi relish, avocado (substitute O-Toro for $10 supplement)

Scallop Crudo – sea salt, pesto, wasabi oil, fried onion, zest

Pork Belly- five spice braised, microgreens, tare

Third course (choice of one)

Sushi Moriawase – assorted nigiri/sashimi, spicy tuna crunch roll

Uni Pasta – garlic uni cream, squid ink pasta, bacon

Wagyu Stir Fry- skirt steak, onions and peppers, mushroom soy, steamed rice
