Duck Buns (2) – duck confit, pickled shallots, arugula, sake hoisin

Dumpling Dim-Sum – pork gyoza, shrimp shumai, ginger soy/sweet chili sauce

White Fish Crudo – chef’s fish choice, lemon zest, EVOO, micros, pesto

Tempura Vegetable – asparagus, sweet potato, sweet soy, sriracha mayo

Second course (choice of one)

Wagyu Tartare – truffle aioli soy, pickled wasabi stem, quail egg, wonton chips

Carpaccio Flight – truffle salmon, mango yellowtail, tuna chive, ponzu sauce

South End Shrimp – chili tomato sauce, peanuts

Third course (choice of one)

Two sushi rolls (excludes Hakozushi box-style sushi and Hot & Heavy)

Crab Fried Rice – garlic herb soy, lump crab, eggs and onion

Sashimi/Nigiri – four sashimi and four nigiri (chef’s choice)
