WP Kitchen + Bar opened in Charlotte’s Phillips Place shopping center in January 2016. The menu draws inspiration from acclaimed chef and restaurateur Wolfgang Puck’s way of entertaining at home with family and friends. WP Kitchen + Bar boasts the chef’s globally influenced cuisine in an approachable, family-style format. At the kitchen’s helm is Executive Chef Stephen Schmitt, a Charlotte native who joined the Wolfgang Puck family in 2012. Complementing the menu is an eclectic offering of wines by the glass and full bottle, local craft beers, and handcrafted cocktails.

Steamed Prince Edward Island Mussels – garlic, white wine, spiced tomato broth, grilled sourdough

Poached Pear + Burrata - prosciutto, maple-hazelnut vinaigrette, pomegranate, watercress, sourdough

Roasted Harmony Ridge Farm Baby Beets - UAV feta, citrus yogurt, pistachio granola, petite greens

NC Apple Salad - buttermilk blue cheese, frisee, arugula, radicchio, candied walnuts, sherry vinaigrette

Tega Hills Baby Greens - cucumber, tomato, house dressing

Caesar Salad - marinated cherry tomatoes, focaccia croutons

Baby Kale Salad - cherry tomato, radish, crispy quinoa, goat cheese, citrus vinaigrette

Grilled Spanish Octopus ($3 supplement) - fingerling potatoes, black garlic aioli, smoked paprika oil

Maryland-Style Crab Cakes ($3 supplement) - marinated tomatoes, basil aioli

Grilled NC Trout - apple-celery root puree, brown butter, local squash, maple-hazelnut vinaigrette

Pan-Seared Salmon - pearl pasta, chick peas, roasted cherry tomatoes, olive tapenade

Wiener Schnitzel - Austrian potato salad, marinated cucumbers, brandy mustard sauce

Kitchen + Bar Burger - bacon aioli, red onion marmalade, aged white Cheddar

Springer Mountain Brick Chicken Calabrese - shishito, cipollini, tomato, chicken jus, Tuscan potatoes

Chicken & Bacon Burger - pepperoncini. Romaine, remoulade, provolone 

Grilled Flat Iron ($5 supplement) - steak frites, garlic herb butter

Four Cheese Ravioli - tomato sauce, confit cherry tomatoes

Rigatoni Alfredo - roasted chicken, mushrooms, peas, goat cheese

Trofie Pasta - braised lamb, tomato, roasted sweet onions, Porcini mushroom, cured egg yolk

Turkey Bolognese - garganelli pasta, basil whipped ricotta

Margherita Pizza - San Marzano tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, basil
