The Liberty is locally owned and operated by Matthew Pera and Chef Tom Condron, who wanted to create a local joint with great food and drink. We feature award-winning, chef-driven American cuisine. Roasted Tomato Soup - grilled bacon-Cheddar slider

Farmer / Gatherer - roasted carrots, farro, quinoa, tender greens, Benton’s ham, asparagus and poached egg

Calamari Fries - hot chili garlic, wasabi aioli

N’Orleans BBQ Shrimp - creamy grits, fried egg, french bread

Lobster Poutine - loaded cheese fries, scallions, bacon, lobster-sherry gravy

Crispy Goat Cheese Salad - roasted beets, arugula, pecans, pears, balsamic vinaigrette

Mussels & Fries - smoked tomatoes, roasted garlic, herbs, white wine and butter

“Pig & Chips” - BBQ pork, baked beans, house bacon, jalapenos, avocado, salsa, queso, scallions, house potato chips

Smoked BBQ Chicken Wings - pickled vegetables, ranch dressing

Fried Oysters Spinach Salad - warm bacon dressing, salt-roasted pears, pumpkin seeds

Second course (choice of one)

Berkshire Pork Porterhouse - Brussels sprouts, apple-bacon jam, Bourbon-ginger glaze

Pimento Cheese-Crusted Filet Mignon - loaded fingerling potatoes, baby green beans, French onion jus

Slow-Braised Beef Short Ribs - garlic mashed potatoes, chile-garlic brocolinni, caramelized onion gravy

Roasted Scottish Salmon - farro risotto, mushrooms, carrots, spinach, red wine sauce

Bacon-Wrapped Sea Scallops - creamy grits, cola gastrique, arugula/onion salad

“Chicken & Dumplings” - gnocchi, carrots, peas, mushrooms, spinach, chicken jus

Southern Bouillabaisse - lobster, shrimp, clams, mussels and grouper, tomato-saffron broth, bread

The Liberty Pub Burger - aged Cheddar, apple-smoked bacon, crisp lettuce, tomato, herb aioli, Parmesan-herb fries

Organic Veggie Burger - goat cheese, tomato jam, avocado, baby arugula, cucumber, aioli, served with organic salad or fries
