Eddie V’s Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the freshest seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks aged 28 days and broiled to perfection. The restaurant’s award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V’s very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of soulful jazz and seductive lighting.

First course (choice of one)

Crab & Corn Chowder - lump crab, smoked bacon and sweet corn

Classic Caesar Salad - shaved Parmesan, garlic croutons and tapenade

Organic Greens Salad - baby heirloom tomatoes, julienne carrots, apple cider vinaigrette

Second course (choice of one)

Norwegian Salmon - sautéed with young vegetables and Maille mustard vinaigrette

8 oz. Center Cut Filet Mignon - specially aged, Midwestern grain-fed beef, white truffle mashed potatoes

Chef’s Seasonal Fish - simply broiled with olive oil, lemon and sea salt, asparagus

Double Breast of Chicken - roasted with mushrooms, shallots and natural jus, white truffle mashed potatoes

Filet Mignon Medallions ($15 supplement) – with Gulf shrimp scampi-style, grilled asparagus, and Béarnaise

Chilean Sea Bass ($15 supplement) - steamed Hong Kong-style with light soy broth

22 oz. USDA Prime Bone-In Ribeye ($20 supplement) - white truffle mashed potatoes

Third course (choice of one)

Butterscotch Panna Cotta - salted caramel, walnut pralines, biscotti

“Bananas Foster” Butter Cake - butter pecan ice cream

Fresh Fruit Sorbet - served with fresh-baked homemade cookies
