Gus Georgoulias, former owner of Cosmos Café, named his latest concept after the Greek Goddess of hospitality, Estia, and the Greek word for kitchen, Kouzina. This beautifully renovated former steakhouse with high ceilings and exposed beams will exceed your foodie expectations. Our recipes and ingredients are what you will find in Greece’s restaurants “off the beaten path,” prepared in-house by our Chef. What might be “all Greek” to you is just normal for us.
