  • Focusing primarily on Italian fare – and borrowing generously from Spanish and French cuisines – Bar Marcel offers a taste of Europe at Morrison in SouthPark. The menu focuses heavily on smaller plates, charcuterie, seafood, and pasta. Helming the kitchen is Executive Chef Josh Oakley, whose experience includes training with two Michelin star chefs in the Gastronomicom Cooking School of Agde, France.

    • Roasted Brussels Sprouts - chorizo, goat cheese, cilantro, lime vinaigrette
    • White Asparagus Salad - porcini and Parmesan fonduta, arugula, cured egg yolk, prosciutto, oyster mushrooms
    • Charcuterie - cheeses and house-made meats, accoutrements
    • Chilled Tomato and Peach Soup - ricotta cheese, parsley oil
  • Second course (choice of one)
    • Braised Pork Belly - Poblano pesto, fingerling potatoes, almond and raisin agrodolce
    • Gnocchi Bolognese - basil pesto, Grana Padano
    • Eggplant and Crab Mezzalune – eggplant-filled pasta, crab meat, tomato sauce, spinach, cherry tomatoes
    • Risotto - wild mushroom, mascarpone, chive
  • Third course (choice of one)
    • Bison Ribs - corn puree, fresh shaved veggies, bison demi glazed
    • Pork Tenderloin - sauteed peppers, onions, garlic, marble potato, achiote barbeque sauce
    • Grilled Salmon - carrot-potato cake, fava beans, artichokes, bacon jam, carrot puree
    • Half-Roasted Chicken - mole sauce, Spanish couscous, cilantro, onions, lime
    • Zucchini Vermicelli - garlic oil, EVO, cherry tomato, mushroom, basil, pine nuts, Parmesan
