Focusing primarily on Italian fare – and borrowing generously from Spanish and French cuisines – Bar Marcel offers a taste of Europe at Morrison in SouthPark. The menu focuses heavily on smaller plates, charcuterie, seafood, and pasta. Helming the kitchen is Executive Chef Josh Oakley, whose experience includes training with two Michelin star chefs in the Gastronomicom Cooking School of Agde, France.

$35 per person (does not include tax or gratuity)

First course (choice of one)

Meat Board– selection of 3 meats with accoutrements

Cheese Board - selection of 3 cheese with accoutrements

Crispy Brussels Sprouts - chorizo, goat cheese, cilantro, lime vinaigrette

Marcel Salad - mixed greens, avocado, cashews, red onion, cucumber, citrus vin

Second course (choice of one)

Wagyu Beef Carpaccio - tomato jam, toast, ricotta, egg yolk

Tuna Tartare - potato chips, cucumber, onion, Fresno, coconut milk

Gnocchi Bolognese - basil pesto, Parmesan

Moules Frites - pomme frites, tomato, white wine, garlic butter

Beet & Burrata Salad - greens, pickled beets, pistachio pesto, red wine vinaigrette

Octopus Gallego ($5 supplement)- tomato, caper, fennel, frisee, orange, salsa verde, pickled shallot

Third course (choice of one)

Seared Salmon - beets, potato, fennel, frisee, black garlic, tomato jam

Grilled Pork Tenderloin - Spanish rice, spinach, hazelnut Romesco, salsa verde

Tagliatelle - shrimp, caper, kale, brodo, cured lemon, chive

Agnolotti - truffled potato, braised rabbit, Brussels leaves, carrot, garlic butter, almond, Gouda

Roasted Chicken - quinoa & chickpea salad, maitake, pepper purée, mustard demi

Bone-In Ribeye ($15 supplement) - basil whipped mashed potatoes, veal demi
