  • Focusing primarily on Italian fare – and borrowing generously from Spanish and French cuisines – Bar Marcel offers a taste of Europe at Morrison in SouthPark. The menu focuses heavily on smaller plates, charcuterie, seafood, and pasta. Helming the kitchen is Executive Chef Josh Oakley, whose experience includes training with two Michelin star chefs in the Gastronomicom Cooking School of Agde, France.

    • Roasted Brussels Sprouts - chorizo, goat cheese, lime vinaigrette, cilantro
    • Zucchini Vermicelli - garlic oil, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, basil, pine nuts, Parmesan

    • Guajillo Cured Pork Tenderloin - flageolet beans, green peppers, chorizo, piquillo pepper sauce
    • Grilled Salmon - marble potatoes, Romanesco cauliflower, celery root puree, bacon jam, chili sauce
    • Braised Oxtail Pizzoccheri Pasta - kale, sweet potato, roasted pistachio, spinach puree
