Focusing primarily on Italian fare – and borrowing generously from Spanish and French cuisines – Bar Marcel offers a taste of Europe at Morrison in SouthPark. The menu focuses heavily on smaller plates, charcuterie, seafood, and pasta. Helming the kitchen is Executive Chef Josh Oakley, whose experience includes training with two Michelin star chefs in the Gastronomicom Cooking School of Agde, France.

PEI Mussels - harissa, preserved lemon, cilantro, grilled bread

Tarte Flambee - bacon lardon, caramelized onion, creme fraiche, Gruyère, chive

Gnocchi Bolognese - basil pesto, Grana Padano

Risotto - wild mushrooms, mascarpone, chives

Steak Au Poivre - hanger steak, pommes frites, watercress, sauce au poivre

Scottish Salmon - farrotto, cauliflower variations, sauce Béarnaise

Zucchini Vermicelli - garlic oil, EVOO, cherry tomato, mushrooms, basil, pine nuts, Parmesan
