Lily's Bistro is a culmination of years in the making by two good friends, Jerry Simonetti and Chris Earle. Between us, we have more than 80 years in the restaurant industry. Jerry brings his culinary skills honed by years in the fine dining segment. We use the freshest ingredients possible -- the best Scottish Salmon we can find; fresh, never frozen scallops, clams, and mussels.  We hand-cut our Prime Rib Eye steaks and Filet Mignon in house; offer the finest imported meats and cheeses from handpicked regions of Italy, France, and locally; and take the time to make everything from scratch, from our house-made crab and salmon cakes, meatball and marinara sauce, and salad dressing to our fresh-baked bread and desserts. We source our lettuce, greens, and mushrooms locally from Tega Hills Farms, J & J Family Farms and Triple B Ranch for rabbits and arugula; and use local distillers and brewers like Doc Porter's, Palmetto Distillery, Charleston Distilling, Muddy River, and Whiskey Prison Distillery.

So sit back and enjoy a great meal with some of the finest Bourbons and Scotches or a bottle of your favorite wine.

Nana’s Angus Meatball – house-made using fresh Angus chuck, ricotta cheese, house-made bread crumbs and filetto di pomodoro 

Braised Beef Bourguignon - fresh, local J&J Farms mushrooms, pancetta, and garlic mashed  

Calamari - lightly breaded, flash fried, served with house-made marinara and smoked jalapeño aioli

Mussels - Prince Edward Island Mussels prepared with fresh tomatoes and basil, bacon, and a white wine reduction 

Tega Hills Farm Bistro Salad - fresh local lettuces, Roma tomato, artichoke hearts, cucumber, goat cheese, and house-made Champagne vinaigrette    

Entree (choice of one)

Grilled Filet Mignon - Sterling Silver hand-cut in-house, served with roasted garlic mashed red-skinned potatoes, grilled asparagus, tobacco onions, and Cabernet demi glaze

Scottish Salmon - fresh Scottish Salmon crusted with caramelized onions, served with our herbed risotto, house-roasted corn salsa, and crisp-tender haricot verts

Chicken Paillard - pounded all-natural chicken breast, organic Tega Hills Farm greens, Siano local fresh mozzarella, haricot verts, tomato, shallot, herbs, balsamic reduction

Salmon/Crab Cakes Entrée - fresh salmon mixed with jumbo lump crab on a bed of roasted corn salsa, crisp-tender haricot verts, mixed greens, and mustard Cognac aioli

Chicken Breast Filet – all-natural chicken breast served with roasted organic beet mashed potato, spinach, local J&J Farms mushrooms, pancetta, and rosemary finished with red wine pan sauce

Spaghetti and Meatballs - Nana’s house-made Black Angus meatballs and marinara sauce 

Dessert (choice of one)

House-Made Cheesecake - topped with fresh fruit and whipped cream

Crème Brulee - served chilled with warm crust of caramelized turbinado sugar
