Lily's Bistro is a culmination of years in the making by two good friends, Jerry Simonetti and Chris Earle. Between us, we have more than 80 years in the restaurant industry. Jerry brings his culinary skills honed by years in the fine dining segment. We use the freshest ingredients possible -- the best Scottish Salmon we can find; fresh, never frozen scallops, clams, and mussels. We hand-cut our Prime Rib Eye steaks and Filet Mignon in house; offer the finest imported meats and cheeses from handpicked regions of Italy, France, and locally; and take the time to make everything from scratch, from our house-made crab and salmon cakes, meatball and marinara sauce, and salad dressing to our fresh-baked bread and desserts. We source our lettuce, greens, and mushrooms locally from Tega Hills Farms, J & J Family Farms and Triple B Ranch for rabbits and arugula; and use local distillers and brewers like Doc Porter's, Palmetto Distillery, Charleston Distilling, Muddy River, and Whiskey Prison Distillery.
