Carolina Prime Restaurant & Steakhouse is a family-owned and -operated restaurant in the South Charlotte area. Our menu includes everything from fresh cut steaks to seafood, chicken, and pasta dishes. Some of the most popular menu items include the Cowboy “Bone-In” Ribeye, Honey Baby Back Ribs, Grilled Filet of Salmon, Steakhouse Salad, Porterhouse Pork Chop, and Cajun Fettuccine Alfredo. Calamari - lightly dipped and fried in our special batter, served with our marinara sauce

Buffalo Shrimp - jumbo shrimp hand breaded, fried, then tossed in Buffalo sauce, served with blue cheese dressing

Crab Cake - savory fresh crabmeat blended with special seasonings and served with homemade tartar sauce

Second course (choice of one)

House Salad - fresh greens topped with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, Jack and Cheddar cheese, croutons, and your choice of dressing

Caesar Salad - crisp Romaine tossed with a creamy Caesar dressing, topped with croutons and grated Parmesan cheese

Wedge Salad - wedge of iceberg lettuce topped with tomatoes, bacon, and blue cheese crumbles, served with blue cheese dressing

Tarragon-Champagne Halibut & Scallops - grilled and topped with a tarragon-Champagne sauce, served with grilled asparagus

Filet Oscar - filet mignon topped with crab cake, Hollandaise sauce, and grilled asparagus

Ribeye & Lobster Tail - served with grilled asparagus
