The menu focuses on cuisine from Cuba to Peru but has touches from all over Latin America, based on neighborhood dining spots in Tampa and Miami. Chef Paul Cruz leads the team making delicious ceviches, pressed sandwiches, and so much more. End your night at the rum bar, and go home feeling like you’ve been on the beach all day.

    • Watermelon Mojito (or soft drink) - white rum, lime, mint, simple syrup and freshly pureéd seasonal watermelon
  • Starter (choice of one)
    • Coctel de Camarones (GF) - fresh lime juice and tomato-based shrimp ceviche with sliced onions, cilantro, chili peppers, salt and pepper, served with crispy canchas and fried plantains
    • Ham Croquetas - ham and bechamel fritter, fried until golden brown and gooey on the inside
    • Mariquitas Nachos - fried green plantain chips topped with lechon, pickled onions, and cilantro aioli
    • Peruvian Cesar Salad - chopped romaine, aji amarillo dressing, house croutons
  • Entrée (choice of one)
    • Aji de Gallina -pulled chicken in a walnut-ají amarillo cream sauce, served with jasmine rice
    • Lechon Asado - roast pork marinated with our house mojo for 24 hours and roasted for 10 hours, served with rice, beans, sautéed onions, and sweet plantains
    • Mojo Shrimp (GF) - Argentinian red shrimp sautéed with dry white wine, diced tomatoes, cilantro, mojo and butter, served over jasmine rice
    • Cuban Fried Rice - roasted lechon, bacon, caramelized pineapple, plantains, onions, red peppers, scallions, garlic, egg, and dark soy, stir-fried with jasmine rice and garnished with toasted sesame seeds and Yuma Yuma sauce
    • Tofu Saltado (GF, V) - stir-fried strips of crispy tofu, red onions, tomatoes, soy sauce, sesame oil, cilantro, French fries, ginger and white rice
    • Pollo a la Brasa (+$5) - roasted marinated Joyce Farms half chicken served with mojo fries and a side salad
  • Dessert (choice of one)
    • Coconut Cake - coconut sponge cake with coconut frosting and topped with toasted coconut
    • Plantains Foster - fried sweet plantains with vanilla ice cream and caramel rum sauce
