We pride ourselves in sourcing the finest and freshest ingredients that are prepared with care and attention to detail. We are offering a custom menu featuring the chef's latest culinary creations.

- Winter Waldorf (GF/V) - grilled pear, candied walnuts, dried cranberries, bleu cheese crumbles, mixed leaves tossed with grapefruit vinaigrette

- Spring Salmon - roasted Atlantic salmon fillet, marinated tomato & tarragon couscous, pea coulis, bell pepper puree, fresh pea shoots
- Truffle Shuffle Burger (GF/V) - grilled Prime beef patty, sauteed wild mushrooms, applewood smoked bacon, melted Swiss, Iceberg, truffle aioli, brioche bun, choice of side
