    • Insalata Tricolore - ciliegine mozzarella, baby arugula, cherry tomatoes, and red onion with a lemon citrus dressing

    • Gnocchi - our famous homemade gnocchi with lobster meat and baby spinach, in aurora sauce
    • Vitello - pan-seared veal with baby artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes in a garlic-white wine sauce
    • Carre D’Agnello - lamb chops served over saffron risotto
    • Branzino - pan-seared butterflied branzino with shrimp and cherry tomatoes in a scampi sauce
    • Piccata di Salmone - Pan-fried salmon fillet, tossed in a lemon, caper, butter sauce
    • Carbonara di Zucchine - our twist on Carbonara, with fried zucchini, guanciale d’Amatrice, egg yolk, Pecorino Romano cheese
    • The Seas & The Mountains - linguine pasta with fresh calamari, sweet peas, mushroom, and truffle oil, in a garlic-white wine sauce
    • Eggplant Parmigiana - tomato sauce, mozzarella, and Parmigiano cheese
    • Summer - pappardelle pasta, smoked salmon, cherry tomatoes, baby arugula in a cheese cream sauce
    • Ravioli - homemade fresh, stuffed with ricotta and spinach, tossed with brown butter and sage
