Created by Chef Rocco Whalen, Fahrenheit is located on the 21st floor of the high-rise Skye Condos in downtown Charlotte. The 8,600-square-foot rooftop restaurant and bar gives guests an opportunity to enjoy indoor and outdoor dining and a spectacular bar and lounge that opens up to the stunning roof area, where linear fireplaces offer ambiance to the wrap-around patio. Fahrenheit’s menu is "inventive, new American regional cuisine." It is Rocco's dedication to using the finest and freshest, locally sourced seasonal ingredients, along with Asian insinuations, that make this fare uniquely his own.

Spring Greens - shaved celery, radish, miso-buttermilk dressing

Grilled Berkshire Pork Chop – cider-glazed baby carrots, pumpkin purée, celery crisp apple fennel slaw

Pan-Seared Scottish Salmon - celery root purée, toasted hazelnuts, kimchi Brussels sprouts, blood orange glaze

Barrel Cut Filet - autumn succotash, miso-glazed turnips, brown miso butter

Vanilla Bean Cheesecake - macerated strawberries, almond Florentine, vanilla Chantilly, strawberry jam

Chocolate Rum Cake - vanilla Chantilly, candied pecans, caramel sauce
