    • Old Bay-Spiced Shrimp Cocktail - jumbo chilled shrimp served with our spicy cocktail sauce
    • Fried Calamari - calamari, sliced pepperoncini, and quartered artichoke hearts, served with our lemon-dill aioli
    • Whipped Garlic and Herbed Goat Cheese - whipped goat cheese with roasted garlic and herbs, served with toasted pita points
  • Second course (choice of one)
    • Artichoke Summer Salad - mixed greens, lemon-marinated artichoke hearts and shallots, Kalamata olives, fresh goat cheese, crispy pepperoncinis
    • Classic Bleu Cheese Wedge – topped with crispy bacon, red onions, grape tomatoes, and our bleu cheese dressing and crumbles, drizzled with balsamic reduction
    • House Wedge - topped with shredded carrots, dried Craisins, grape tomatoes, and potato sticks, served with our sherry vinaigrette
  • Third course (choice of one)
    • Prime Rib - slow roasted in-house 8 oz. cut of prime rib, served at your desired temperature, topped with onions straws and a side of house-made au jus
    • Goat Cheese-Crusted Sirloin – 8 oz. Center Cut sirloin topped with a blend of goat cheese, horseradish, breadcrumbs, and fresh herbs
    • Antarctic Salmon – 8 oz. Sixty South salmon filet topped with fire-roasted corn and asparagus and drizzled with lemon beurre blanc
    • Double Bone Pork Chop – 14 oz. Frenched double bone pork chop with melted bleu cheese and pineapple and peach chutney
    • Jailhouse Chicken – 8 oz. marinated chicken breast topped with our pimento cheese and applewood smoked bacon and drizzled with our sweet jalapeno jam
    • Creamy Tomato Basil Vegetable Penne - shallots, asparagus, roasted red peppers, garlic and blistered cherry tomatoes tossed in an Asiago tomato cream sauce and topped with Parmesan and scallions
