    • Goat Cheese & Apple Chutney (V) - toasted goat cheese with apple chutney served with toasted pita points
    • Crispy Pork Belly (GF) - served on a bed of collards and topped with sweet jalapeño jam

    • Classic Bleu Cheese Wedge - topped with crispy bacon, red onions, grape tomatoes, and our bleu cheese dressing and crumbles, drizzled with a balsamic reduction
    • Tossed Caesar - chopped Romaine hearts tossed with shaved Parmesan, homemade croutons, Kalamata olives, and our house-made Caesar dressing
    • Old Stone Wedge - topped with crispy potato sticks, dried cranberries, shredded carrots, grape tomatoes, served with our Sherry vinaigrette

  • Served with your choice of steakhouse fries, steamed broccoli, or baked potato
    • Slow-Roasted Prime Rib – 8 oz., traditional rosemary and garlic rub, slow-roasted all day and hand-carved to order; served with hot au jus and crispy onion straws
    • Goat Cheese-Encrusted Sirloin – 8 oz. center-cut sirloin char-grilled with a melted blend of goat cheese, horseradish, breadcrumbs and fresh herbs
    • Char-Grilled Atlantic Salmon (GF) – 8 oz. salmon filet, topped with our fire-roasted corn and asparagus medley and drizzled with lemon beurre blanc
    • Apple Chutney Bone-In Pork Chop (GF) – 10 oz. bone-in pork chop with our apple chutney and finished with lemon beurre blanc sauce
    • Jailhouse Chicken (GF) – 8 oz. chicken breast topped with our pimento cheese, applewood smoked bacon and drizzled with sweet jalapeño jam
