Standard Oyster Company creates an energetic dining experience that includes a vast array of oysters and fresh seafood. Our hole-in-the wall vibe results in a laid-back and industrial “all bar” setting that’s true to the core. Swordfish - fresh chargrilled sword, beurre blanc, baby carrots, braised field greens

Chimichurri Filet - petite filet, avocado chimichurri, rice pilaf, braised field greens

Cajun Shrimp & Grits - tiger shrimp, andouille, Creole, Pepper Jack cheese, yellow stone grits

Seafood Risotto - tiger shrimp, sea scallops, herbed spinach risotto

Bananas Foster - caramelized banana, nuts, vanilla ice cream, flamin' 99 bananas

Chocolate Mousse Cake - rich Belgian chocolate mousse, velvety sable cake

Colossal Scallops – pan-seared U10 dry scallops, Asian citrus reduction, rice pilaf, baby carrots

Lobster Rockefeller - 1¼ pound fresh Maine lobster, hand-split, topped & baked classic Rockefeller-style
