FOURK is a locally-owned, modern neighborhood restaurant in Hickory. Our unique and upbeat atmosphere is inviting and fun for our guests! Everything we do has a bit of a twist, including the intentional misspelling of our name. (We’re on Fourth Street Drive NW, so we added a “u” to “Fork” to pay homage to our location.) Our name is fun and intriguing, just like our newly designed restaurant. Our Executive Chef and her team put a twist on American cuisine by using fresh ingredients, creative seasonings, and flavorful sauces. Enjoy one of our delicious dishes with a glass of wine or specialty cocktail (all made with fresh squeezed juices, fruits, and herbs). Our attention to detail, friendly service, and focus on cuisine creates a great experience every time you visit!

First course (choice of one)

Lobster Rangoon Dip - tender lobster, sweet and spicy cream cheese sauce, crispy wontons

Buffalo Bites - turkey meatballs, celery, carrots, wing sauce, blue cheese seasoning, side of Ranch

Kale Caesar Salad - Romaine, kale, herb croutons, shaved Parmesan, Caesar dressing

Tri-Color Quinoa Kale Salad - kale, quinoa, goat cheese, fresh berries, carrots, cranberries, tomatoes, pomegranate vinaigrette

Tomato Caprese - mozzarella, tomatoes, olive oil, basil, balsamic

Tomato Basil Soup - stewed tomatoes with fresh basil

Second course (choice of one)

Bistro Steak - grilled 6 oz. bistro steak, served with Parmesan whipped potatoes and chef’s vegetable

Pork Tenderloin - seasoned pork tenderloin, finished with an apple honey mustard sauce, served over whipped potatoes with chef's vegetables

Horseradish Salmon – horseradish-encrusted salmon finished with beurre blanc sauce, served with herb rice and broccolini

Salsa Chicken - grilled chicken breast, pineapple salsa, roasted tomatillo sauce, served with chili-corn potatoes and chef's vegetable

Catch Of The Day - your server will be happy to tell you about today's featured seafood dish

Roasted Vegetable “Lasagna” - spinach lasagna noodles layered with roasted vegetables, fresh basil, Parmesan, mozzarella cheese, spicy tomato sauce

Chocolate Torte - rich, flourless, fudge-like dark chocolate

Blackberry Wine Cake - sweet Bundt cake with blackberry compote
