    • CAB 6 oz. Filet - whipped Red Bliss potato, grilled asparagus 
    • Surf n’ Turf – 5 oz. CAB bistro filet, 3 jumbo shrimp 
    • Oak Burger - Cheddar, lettuce, tomato, red onion, house-made pickles, "Oak sauce"
    • Market Catch - seasonal preparation 
    • Joyce Farms Airline Chicken Breast - sweet tea-brined, roasted summer squash, confit cherry tomato, chicken jus

    • 16 oz. Ribeye (+$30)

    • Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake - Nutella, milk chocolate crumb
