Locally owned and operated by John Love and Ron Herbert, Red Rocks Café is a contemporary American restaurant with neighborhood charm. Featuring comfortable booths, low lighting, an intimate feel and a lively bar, we offer a touch of class in an atmosphere that appeals to all. Our diverse menu boasts an exciting array of appetizers, salads, steak, seafood, pasta and chef features along with world-class wine, dessert and Sunday Brunch. First course (choice of one)

Shrimp Cocktail - tiger shrimp served with our house-made cocktail sauce

Deviled Eggs – four halves of Southern-style eggs with a pimento, pickle relish, and Dijon filling and a dust of paprika

Kale Salad - fresh chopped kale, Parmesan cheese, Craisins and sliced almonds, tossed in a lemon vinaigrette

Chopped Salad - greens topped with feta, toasted almonds, Craisins, tomatoes, red onions, and cucumbers

Cup Of She Crab Soup - our house-made signature recipe

Second course (choice of one)

Bleu Cheese Filet Medallions - twin 4 oz. filet medallions topped with bleu cheese crumbles, served over garlic smashed potatoes and asparagus and topped off with crispy fried onions

Surf & Turf - char-grilled 4 oz. filet medallion paired with four grilled shrimp, served with roasted potatoes and asparagus and finished with a Port wine demi

Pistachio Salmon – pistachio-encrusted salmon served over wild rice risotto and broccolini, finished with a warm mango chutney

Lemon Herb Chicken - chicken medallions simmered in a fresh lemon herb butter sauce, served with garlic smashed potatoes and steamed mixed vegetables

Lobster Linguini - lobster meat sautéed with broccoli, Roma tomatoes, red peppers, and linguini, tossed in a sherry cream sauce and finished with Parmesan cheese

Dessert (choice of one)

Coconut Cake -- buttery yellow cake layered with coconut pastry cream, finished with cream cheese frosting and sprinkled with sweetened white flake coconut

Chocolate Cake - two layers of dark chocolate cake and rich chocolate mousse, finished with a rosette of chocolate buttercream frosting
