Today the tradition is continued at our own traditional Brazilian steakhouse with a modern twist. At Rios Charlotte, we strive to provide you an authentic chef-driven dining experience. Serving the finest cuts of meat, our gauchos offer you 12 different varieties of meat, including beef, poultry, pork and lamb, carved from the skewer to your plate, fresh and hot at table side. The feast continues along with a savory salad and hot buffet bar, including fresh-cut vegetables, pasta salads, cheeses, cured meats, shrimp, and typical Brazilian dishes.
