We demonstrate great passion for our craft while taking pride in the taste and presentation of our food and cocktails, anticipating all needs while tailoring the experience to the individual patron.     • French Onion Soup - Chef’s recipe, house-made crouton, melted Gruyere cheese
    • Winter White Salad - field greens, apple sesame vinaigrette, jicama, shaved fennel, spiced pistachio, Asian pear
    • Tossed Caesar Salad - chopped Romaine hearts, house-made croutons, Green Goddess Caesar, shaved Parmesan
    • The House Salad - shredded iceberg, carrots, diced tomato, red onion, Cheddar, provolone, cucumber, diced bacon, house-made croutons, choice of dressing
  • Third course (choice of one)
    • New York Strip Au Poivre – 10 oz. house-cut New York Strip generously seasoned with fresh cracked black pepper and topped with a peppercorn pan sauce, served with choice of house fries, steamed broccoli, or our vegetable of the day
    • Maryland Style Crab Cakes - butter lemon caper sauce, sundried tomato gremolata, served with choice of house fries, steamed broccoli, or our vegetable of the day
    • Bourbon Brown Sugar Salmon - hand-cut salmon, house-made Bourbon brown sugar glaze, served with choice of house fries, steamed broccoli, or our vegetable of the day
    • Cajun Chicken Tortellini – house-made alfredo, cheese tortellini, Cajun spice, roasted tomatoes, caramelized onions, shaved Parmesan, topped with blackened chicken

    • Lobster-Stuffed Filet Mignon (limited availability) (+$25) – center-cut 8 oz. filet mignon seasoned and chargrilled to perfection, stuffed with a half grilled lobster tail, topped with our lemon beurre blanc sauce and fresh tomato basil, served with choice of house fries, steamed broccoli, or vegetable of the day
    • Big Lick Bone-In Ribeye (limited availability) (+$20) - 18 oz. bone-in ribeye seasoned and chargrilled to perfection, served with our signature house-made herb butter and choice of house fries, steamed broccoli, or vegetable of the day
