- BBQ Bacon Scallops - house BBQ sauce, applewood smoked bacon, sea scallops
- Fried Burrata – hand-breaded burrata fried to perfection, tomato coulis, fresh basil, balsamic reduction, toasted sourdough
- Second course (choice of one)
- Tossed Caesar Salad - chopped Romaine hearts, house-made croutons, Green Goddess Caesar, shaved Parmesan
- The House Salad - shredded iceberg, carrots, diced tomato, red onion, Cheddar, provolone, cucumber, diced bacon, house-made croutons, choice of dressing
- Third course (choice of one)
- 10 oz. Ribeye – cut in-house daily and served topped with our house herb butter, choice of house fries, steamed broccoli, or our vegetable of the day
- Crab-Stuffed Trout - rainbow trout fillet, tomato coulis, lemon beurre blanc
- Fire-Roasted Salmon – almond-crusted, lemon beurre blanc, roasted tomato, choice of house fries, steamed broccoli, or our vegetable of the day
- Cajun Chicken Tortellini – house-made alfredo, cheese tortellini, Cajun spice, roasted tomatoes, caramelized onions, shaved Parmesan, topped with blackened chicken
