  • Drift is a chef-driven chophouse on Lake Wylie from the team that brought you The Pump House and Napa at Kingsley. Drift’s contemporary barn look serves as a throwback to Gaston County’s farming roots while also bringing into focus its modern lake life.
  • $40 per person (does not include tax or gratuity)
  • Starter (choice of one)
    • Fritto Misto - cornmeal calamari, scallops, white fish, pickled vegetables, spiced citrus aioli
    • Beef Satays (GF) - harissa rub, roasted sweet pepper & onions, chimichurri  
    • Caesar Salad - Little Gem, Reggiano Parmesan, brioche crouton, creamy Caesar dressing 
    • Soup of the Day - made daily with locally sourced ingredients 
    • Main (choice of one)
    • Braised Short Rib - goat cheese polenta, red wine beef jus, crisp onions
    • Blackened Ahi Tuna - avocado risotto, watercress salad, pepper relish, soy pearls, jalapeño crema  
    • Pan-Roasted Chicken (GF) - wild rice, Port wine-poached cranberries, mushroom cream sauce 
    • Wild Mushroom & Black Truffle Risotto (GF/V) - arborio rice, pickled beech mushrooms, shaved truffles, herbed oil
    • Filet Mignon (+$10) - herb garlic butter, mashed potatoes, crispy onions 
  • Something Sweet (choice of one)
    • Champagne Macaron (V) - white chocolate mousse, dulce de leche, fresh berries   
    • Lemon Blueberry Tart (V) - blueberry coulis, candied lemon, vanilla bean Chantilly, shortbread crumble
