    • NC Trout – white miso and sweet corn puree, confit potato, arugula, sesame vinaigrette
    • Ravioli – ricotta, basil, mushrooms, yuzu beurre blanc, shaved truffle, pecorino Romano (V)
  • Dessert (choice of one)
    • Japanese Castella – orange, berry, whipped cream cheese
    • Fernet Kakigori - Fernet-Branca, cold crew, pandan, whip
    • Watermelon Kakigori - watermelon, jalapeno, mint, pistachio
