    • Seafood Salad - poached shrimp, calamari, mussels, sourdough gremolata, fresh herbs
    • Whipped Ricotta - grilled bread, mint-pistachio pistou

    • Fontina Arancini – ‘nduja, micro greens
    • Roasted Mushrooms - verde hummus, spiced yogurt, sumac onions
    • Roasted Carrots - chermoula, pomegranate glaze, goat cheese, tahini
    • House Caesar
  • Third Course (choice of one)
    • Short Rib Bolognese - spinach garganelli, truffle ricotta
    • Tuna a la Plancha - winter salad, xató sauce
    • Seared Octopus - adobo, braised butterbeans, melted leeks, chorizo gremolata
    • House-Made Gnocchi - winter veg, black pepper fondue
