    • Marinated Olives & Almonds - orange, aromatics, herbs
    • Whipped Ricotta - mint-pistachio pistou
    • Confit Garlic - Calabrian chiles, brown anchovy, herbs
    • Verde Chickpeas - yogurt, charred eggplant, sundried peppers, pine nuts, preserved lemon
  • 2nd Course (choice of one)
    • Spicy Tuna Crudo - Marcona almonds, salsa macha, tangerine
    • Sherry-Braised Pork Cheek - house-made potato chips, sherry jus, herbs
    • Blistered Anaheim Peppers - za’atar, harissa aioli
  • 3rd Course (choice of one)
    • Porcini-Rubbed Hanger Steak - olive salsa verde
    • Rigatoni - Calabrian chili, tomato sugo, merguez sausage, pecorino
    • Octopus & Chorizo - grilled tomatillo, roasted sunchokes, Fresno chile, sunchoke chips
    • Skate Wing - chickpea flour-dusted, jowl bacon, caper butter, fines herbes
