  • State of Confusion is an authentic, lively, and eclectic concept featuring dishes from Latin America, New Orleans, and the Low Country region of the United States. State of Confusion serves up a fusion of made-from-scratch food, such as ceviche, wood-fired meats, sandwiches, and seafood boils. State of Confusion offers a robust bar menu featuring fresh agua frescas, ice-cold beer, and cocktails like mojitos, margaritas, and hurricanes on draft. The restaurant serves lunch, dinner, and brunch, with takeout available. Multiple indoor and outdoor hangout areas offer guests and groups a variety of options for dining in and special events.
  • $35 per person (does not include tax or gratuity)
  • Starter (choice of one)
    • Peruvian Guacamole – avocado, spicy rocoto chili, tiger's milk, lime, cancha corn, kiwichi, plantain chips, corn tortilla chips
    • Queso Fundido – chorizo, melted cheeses, Manchego, tortilla chips
    • Monkey Bread – house-baked bread, cheese, and a whole lot of goodness
  • Entrée (choice of one)
    • Skirt Steak Chimi – sliced parrilla-grilled skirt steak, chimichurri, hand-cut fries, wood-fired vegetables
    • Crispy Pan-Seared Chicken – sautéed lightly breaded chicken, pecan pesto beurre blanc, citrus-marinated tomatoes, hand-cut fries
    • Jambalaya – shrimp, chicken, andouille sausage, spicy tomato broth, rice
    • Mixed Ceviche – octopus, Peruvian ceviche, sweet potato, plantain chips
    • Stuffed Sweet Potato - seasoned cauliflower, Confusion potatoes, avocado sauce, lettuce, pico de gallo, sweet salsa, grilled vegetables

    • Beignets - 8 New Orleans-style donuts
