According tot the list, the pizzeria serving the best pizza in all of North Carolina is Lilly's Pizza in Raleigh. You can create your own perfect pizza, choosing the exact sauces, cheese and toppings you want, or try one of their vast speciality pies, many of which are also available in a vegan option. Lilly's Pizza is located at 1813 Glendwood Avenue.
