Tons Of $1 Bills Are Now Worth $20 To $30 - Here's What To Look For

If you are the type of person who likes to pay in cash then you might want to think twice if you are using dollar bills to pay for things. That's because a fair amount of those singles might be worth 20 to 30 times their face value. Thanks to a tiny error on some one dollar bills, people are paying $20 to $30 for them.

So what should you be on the lookout for? Well the issue only affects bills from 1995, 1993 and certain ones from 1988. Typically, on the back of those bills, there is a tiny number under the letter "E" in the large word "ONE." However, if that small number is instead above the "E," then your $1 bill has just significantly gone up in value.

When that happens, it is called a web note and that is pretty rare. TheCoinChannel Instagram account explained all about it.

If you have one, you can head over to eBay and list it. Meanwhile, there are other things to look for on your bills that might make them worth hundreds and maybe even $10,000. And if you have a bunch of coins, they could have some insane value as well.
