  • Aqua e Vino is the vision and lifelong aspiration of Italian-born and -trained Master Chef Gabriele Grigolon. After enjoying a career that includes famous restaurants in France, Italy, Monte Carlo, and the northeastern U.S., Chef Grigolon has recently launched his own boutique restaurant with a focus on bringing the small, local restaurant feel from the cobblestone streets of Northern Italy to Charlotte.

  • Antipasti (choice of one)
    • Polipo - Spanish octopus a la plancha, artichokes, peppers, olives, capers
    • Lingua - warm beef tongue, borlotti beans, salsa verde
    • Pasticciata - creamy polenta concia, luganiga sausage
    • Radicchio - local salad, Gorgonzola, roasted pear, walnuts, crispy pancetta
  • Primi or Secondi (choice of one)
    • Signorine - chestnut pasta, wild boar ragù, kale, Grana Padano
    • Lumachine - pasta di Grangnano, guanciale, lentils sugo, black truffle
    • Cavatelli - homemade ricotta pasta, braised lamb short ribs, pecorino
    • Gnocchi - russet potatoes, Gorgonzola sauce, spinach, walnuts
    • Astice – butter-poached lobster tail, Sardinian couscous
    • Alce - elk spezzatino, spätzle butter sage
    • Porchetta – slow-roasted pork pancetta, roasted potatoes
    • Trota - NC trout in padella, pizzuta almonds, local greens
  • Dolci (choice of one)
    • Meringa - classic meringue, panna montata, warm chocolate sauce
    • Crostate - daily fresh baked tarts, Chantilly
    • Panna Cotta – Piemonte-style coffee custard
    • Gelati - seasonal homemade ice cream and sorbet
