- Aqua e Vino is the vision and lifelong aspiration of Italian-born and -trained Master Chef Gabriele Grigolon. After enjoying a career that includes famous restaurants in France, Italy, Monte Carlo, and the northeastern U.S., Chef Grigolon has recently launched his own boutique restaurant with a focus on bringing the small, local restaurant feel from the cobblestone streets of Northern Italy to Charlotte.

- Polipo - Spanish octopus a la plancha, artichokes, peppers, olives, capers
- Lingua - warm beef tongue, borlotti beans, salsa verde
- Pasticciata - creamy polenta concia, luganiga sausage
- Radicchio - local salad, Gorgonzola, roasted pear, walnuts, crispy pancetta

- Porchetta – slow-roasted pork pancetta, roasted potatoes
