Open for lunch Monday through Friday, brunch Saturday and Sunday, and dinner nightly, Bulla Gastrobar serves traditional Spanish tapas (shareable plates) with a contemporary twist in a vibrant, communal setting. The menu boasts a range of Spanish delicacies including paella, cured meats, grilled octopus salad, and an extensive list of wines, beers, and craft cocktails, paving the way for Spanish cuisine in Charlotte.

First course (choice of one)

Manchego & Serrano - Sheep’s milk, nutty, sweet, tangy flavor, aged 6 months & Fermin Serrano ham, aged 15 months

Lentil Soup - Traditional Spanish soup with chorizo

Second course (choice of one)

Albóndigas - Veal and pork meatballs, Manchego, tomate frito

Tuna Tartare - Ahi tuna, mango, avocado, soy sesame vinaigrette, Sriracha aioli

Sautéed Garlic Shrimp - Brandy, pepper flakes

Montaditos - Brisket, tomato marmalade, guindilla, tetilla cheese

Verde Salad - Roasted Brussels sprouts, asparagus, crispy kale, Manchego, lemon maple dressing

Third course (choice of one)

Duck Confit – House-made apple purée, herb honey glaze

Braised Brisket Caldoso – Valencia-style rice, red sofrito, piquillo confit, crispy chickpeas

Salmon - Baby spinach, chickpeas, lemon cream

Pintxo & Avocado Toast – Cumin-marinated grilled chicken skewers, avocado toast, tomato salad

Dessert (choice of one)

Churros Con Chocolate - Traditional fried dough, chocolate sauce, dulce de leche

Arroz Con Leche - Traditional Spanish rice pudding, golden raisin coulis, meringue crumbles
