  • Open for lunch Monday through Friday, brunch Saturday and Sunday, and dinner nightly, Bulla Gastrobar serves traditional Spanish tapas (shareable plates) with a contemporary twist in a vibrant, communal setting. The menu boasts a range of Spanish delicacies including paella, cured meats, grilled octopus salad, and an extensive list of wines, beers, and craft cocktails, paving the way for Spanish cuisine in Charlotte.

  • First course (choice of one)
    • Ham Croquettes - Serrano ham, fig jelly
    • Tuna Tartare - Ahi tuna, mango, avocado, soy sesame vinaigrette, Sriracha aioli
    • Pintxo Moruno – Cumin-marinated pork loin skewers, mojo verde, Greek yogurt
    • Chorizo Cheese Dip - Mozzarella cheese, crostini
    • Margherita Flatbread - Spanish tomato sauce, Roma tomatoes, grated mozzarella cheese, oregano
    • Grilled Sweet Potato - Salsa criolla, yogurt sauce
  • Second course (choice of one)
    • Arroz Caldoso (minimum 15 minutes) - Seafood, chicken, red sofrito, saffron
    • Cannelloni – “Catalán-Style” ground beef and pork, béchamel, Mahón cheese, truffle oil
    • Salmon - Baby spinach, chickpeas, lemon cream
    • Chicken Al Valdeón – Pan-seared chicken, Valdeón blue cheese sauce, mushrooms, piquillo confit, crispy potatoes
    • Grilled Steak ($6 supplement) - 8 oz. bistro steak, corn purée, shishito peppers, salsa criolla, piquillo confit
  • Dessert (choice of one)
    • Flan De Coco - Coconut flan, passion fruit sorbet
    • Churros Con Chocolate - Traditional fried dough, chocolate sauce, dulce de leche
    • Coconut Cream Pie ($2 supplement) - Coconut custard, whipped cream, toasted coconut, rum caramel sauce
