Pork Belly with Kimchi - pickled jalapeno cheesy grits

Surf & Turf - two 3 oz. Angus filets, shrimp, garlic puree potato, spinach, truffle brown butter

Grilled Pork Porterhouse - sweet potato risotto, mushroom ragout, pepper jam

Pan-Seared Black Bass - polenta corn puree, braised fennel, smoked tomato lobster butter

Roasted Chicken Breast - garlic puree potato, roasted grape tomato, grilled scallion, goat cheese, chorizo sauce 

Winter Vegetable Curry - tofu, cilantro, jasmine rice
