Yellow Fin Tuna Tartare - cucumber, green onion, wasabi, wonton chip

Chilled Gazpacho Soup - avocado salad

Second course (choice of one)

Braised Curry Lamb Shank - potatoes, rainbow carrots, and jasmine rice

Surf & Turf - two 3 oz. filet, shrimp, garlic mashed potato, spinach, duck fat Bearnaise

Crispy Atlantic Salmon - braised Savoy cabbage, mushroom duxelles, pickle shiitake, white truffle balsamic vinaigrette

Roasted Chicken Breast - garlic mashed potato, summer vegetable, herbs, natural jus

Chef's Vegetable Tasting Plate - marinated tofu, beets & Brussels, corn, mushroom risotto, summer vegetable
