  • Created by Chef Rocco Whalen, Fahrenheit is located on the 21st floor of the high-rise Skye Condos in downtown Charlotte. The 8,600-square-foot rooftop restaurant and bar gives guests an opportunity to enjoy indoor and outdoor dining and a spectacular bar and lounge that opens up to the stunning roof area, where linear fireplaces offer ambiance to the wrap-around patio. Fahrenheit’s menu is "inventive, new American regional cuisine." It is Rocco's dedication to using the finest and freshest, locally sourced seasonal ingredients, along with Asian insinuations, that make this fare uniquely his own.

    • Dynamite Rock Shrimp - creamy honey glaze, sesame
    • Caesar Salad - Romaine, baguette crouton, Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing

    • Slow-Braised American Wagyu Short Ribs - teriyaki lo mein, wild mushrooms, baby bok choy, apple syrup, toasted sesame
    • Seared Scottish Salmon - farro, spinach, yellow squash, Cajun cream sauce
    • Roasted Chicken Fettuccine - spring pea cream sauce, mushroom, cherry tomato

    • Coconut Lime Cake - white chocolate lime mousse, shredded coconut, lime gelée, white chocolate anglaise
    • Chocolate Hazelnut Caramel Entremet - chocolate cake, caramel mousse, chocolate mirror glaze, caramel sauce, hazelnut crumble

    • Grilled Togarashi Duroc Pork Chop - shiso carrots, yuzu sweet soy, wasabi mashed potatoes
    • Seared Ahi Tuna - asparagus, crispy arugula, lemon aioli, chili herb sauce
