The wood-fired grill brings savory depth to land- and sea-based dishes from our favorite farmers and fishermen. Barcat Oyster Chowder -  slab bacon, leeks, potatoes

Grilled Oysters - charred scallion, BBQ or Bourbon bacon

AB Vannoy Ham - pimento cheese, chow-chow, buttermilk cracker

Marinated Beets – goat’s milk yogurt, benne seeds, pistachio, mint

Today’s Crudo - radish, apple, buttermilk vinaigrette

Kale Salad - winter citrus, smoked onion, almonds, poppy seed dressing

Avocado Salad - quinoa, Seminole pumpkin, turnips, pumpkin seed salsa

Sorghum & Wheat Rolls - cultured butter

Grilled Octopus ($4 supplement) - spicy broccoli, lemon jam, fried almonds, olive oil

Pan-Fried Chicken ($2 supplement)  - root veggie slaw, spiced honey, hot sauce

Steamed Shrimp ($2 supplement) - half-pound Carolina shrimp, old bay, matignon

Low Country Boil ($5 supplement) - Olde Salt clams, Icy Blue mussels, spicy sausage, sour beer, baguette

Second course (choice of one)

Daily Catch - kohlrabi & Brussels sprouts, spinach, sunflower seed

Cider-Braised Pork Cheeks - smoked grits, Swiss chard, potlikker

Goat Cheese Gnocchi – country ham, wild mushrooms

The Burger – half pound, onions, pickles, aioli, Waxman’s potatoes

Cauliflower Steak au Poivre - smashed purple potatoes, candied onions, Bearnaise

Whole Grilled Fish ($7 supplement) - sweet potatoes cooked in aged beef fat, mustard greens

Mountain Trout ($3 supplement) - charred cauiflower, hazelnut butter, anchovy salsa verde

Scallops ($5 supplement) - pinto beans, cornbread puree, cabbage, bacon

Flat Iron Steak ($5 supplement) – smashed purple potatoes, candied onions, Bearnaise

Chocolate - root beer cake, ganache, cocoa nib truffle, meringue

Lemon Panna Cotta - winter citrus, almond

Goat Cheese Mousse - beets, fennel marmalade, blood orange
