  • RockSalt Charlotte brings you a sustainable seafood experience in an intimate, rustic setting. Shellfish from owner Travis Croxton’s nationally renowned Rappahannock Oyster Company dominates our raw bar, as well as the best North Carolina shrimp and fish ceviche. The wood-fired grill brings savory depth to land- and sea-based dishes from our favorite farmers and fishermen. We offer local beers, fine wines and spirits, and craft cocktails with house-made ingredients. Join us for a fun, lively night of great food and drink during Charlotte Restaurant Week!
  • In addition to dinner, RockSalt will also be serving its Queen's Feast menu during brunch hours on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
  • $50 per person (does not include tax or gratuity)
  • First course (choice of one)
    • Grilled Oyster Sampler – (1 of each per order) Miso, Rockefeller, Chipotle BBQ, Cajun Butter
    • Raw Oyster Sampler – (2 of each per order) Rappahannock, Rochambeau, Old Salt. Served with house-made cocktail and mignonette sauce. Hot sauce and horseradish, +$.50 each.
    • Carolina Chilled Shrimp – Old Bay, house-made cocktail sauce
  • Second Course (choice of one)
    • Goat Cheese and Walnut Salad – lettuce blend, cucumber, cherry tomato, red onion, goat cheese, house blend seasoning, walnut, mint, EVOO
    • Chopped Grilled Caesar Salad – Caesar dressing, Parmesan
    • Gazpacho – house recipe
  • Third course (choice of one)
    • Daily Catch – served with chef’s selected ingredients
    • Scallops – served with chef’s selected ingredients
    • Yellow Curry Mussels – coconut milk, bell pepper, shallot, garlic, tomato, crostini
    • Seafood Pasta – shrimp, scallop, mussel, clam, penne, house-made Alfredo sauce, spinach, red bell pepper
    • Whole Fish (+$10) - wood fire-grilled whole fish with chef’s select ingredients
    • Surf ‘n’ Turf (+$10) – 4 oz. wood-fired steak with bacon-wrapped scallops, served with garlic mashed potatoes
  • Optional Dessert course ($6 each)
    • Cheesecake Round - served with fresh berries
    • Key Lime Pie Round - served with key lime drizzle and whipped cream
