Grilled Oysters - charred scallion, BBQ or Bourbon bacon

Beet Salad - sweet ‘n sour beets, marinated fennel, goat cheese, Sicilian pistachios, honey vinaigrette

Avocado Salad - quinoa, kabocha squash, grilled cucumbers, pumpkin seed salsa

Daily Catch - kohlrabi & Brussels sprouts, spinach, sunflower seed

Cider Braised Pork Cheeks - smoked grits, Swiss chard, potlikker

Cauliflower Steak au Poivre - root veggie ratatouille, smoked potato, baby ginger
