    • Pork Belly Egg Rolls - pork belly rillette and vegetable egg roll, apple gel ponzu
    • Wild-Caught Scallops - bacon & sardine dashi, vegetable fried rice, brown butter shiitakes, kohlrabi, cucumber, watermelon radish
    • Fried Burrata - local burrata breaded and fried with fresh chili salsa, naan
    • Miso Roasted Cauliflower - local chestnut mushrooms, sheep's cheese sauce, almonds, green apple gremolata
    • Squash Coquettes - local squash blend, peach pepper aioli
    • Winter Woods Salad - local greens, apple pickled apples, whipped ricotta, red onion, brioche croutons, Northwoods vinaigrette
    • Satsuma & Salmon Bomba - satsuma tangerine sticky rice, salmon carpaccio, peach pepper powder, sofrito puree, Mariella & Grace olive oil

    • Norwegian Salmon Curry - curried squash & persimmon, herb & citrus rice, spiced chickpeas, curry leaf oil, burnt lemon wakame butter. Can be made vegan!
    • Short Rib Gumbo - braised Thai short rib, aromatic beef broth, grilled cabbage, peas & carrots, ginger garlic rice, chili oil, cornbread
    • Crawfish Pappardelle - crawfish and ricotta stuffed pappardelle, crawfish bisque, corn liaison, bronzed tomatoes
    • Venison Ossobuco (+$10) - braised New Zealand red tail venison, sugar snap peas, squash brulee, charred leek, chestnut & Petite Sirah glace
