- Chicken Piccata - lemon-caper chicken piccata served on a bed of angel hair pasta, accompanied by flame-grilled asparagus
- Roasted Salmon (GF) - pan-seared salmon with a crisp chili garlic-oil crust, served over silky sweet potato purée and French green beans
- Pasta Primavera (Veg) - al dente bucatini pasta folded with market-fresh vegetables and finished in a velvety light cream sauce
