- Hibiscus Salmon - fresh sustainable Scottish salmon drizzled with a hibiscus flower reduction of butter, chile de arbol, and garlic served with seasonal vegetables
- Pollo Limon – pan-seared, free-range Amish chicken breast fried with organic corn flour, served with a lemon cream sauce over a bed of heritage rice, served with seasonal vegetables
- Mushroom Ravioli - topped with Parmesan cheese sauce
