Its signature raw bar is always stocked with fresh oysters and seasonal seafood offerings. STIR also features an extensive beverage program that starts with artisanal ice. The restaurant freezes its own 300-pound blocks of ice that are hand-carved to pair each cut with an expertly crafted cocktail. Its vast selection of spirits and wines features privately selected barrels, draft craft cocktails, barrel-aged cocktails, and exclusive bottles of luxury spirits and wines.

    • Spicy Tuna Bites - sushi rice, cucumbers, furikake, sriracha wonton crisps, pineapple sweet chili sauce

    • Steak Frites - marinated hand-cut sirloin, hand-cut fries, house-made steak sauce
    • Chicken Piccata - white wine, butter, capers, farro, roasted vegetables
    • Crispy Mahi Bowl - house-made pineapple chili sauce, sweet & sour sushi rice, edamame, pineapple, carrots
    • Roasted Vegetables & Farro - roasted vegetables, farro, orange kale emulsion, basil oil
