    • Hanger Steak - honey chipotle hanger steak, crispy pancetta, fingerling potato confit, demi glazed, black truffle sauce
    • Roasted Porquetta - soft polenta, N’duja, pork jus, smoked apple chutney
    • Grilled Salmon - veggie succotash, bacon jam, micro salad
    • Zucchini Vermicelli - cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, roasted pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, spinach, tomato sauce
